    A bath, blueberry spa facial which is completely tearless, hand drying (we do not use cage dryers, but do have large fans if they are afraid of the blow dryers), nails clipped, ears cleaned, and brush out.

• Policies

  • Ear care

    All spa treatments and full grooming includes cleaning the ears with an ear cleaning solution and gently swabbing with cotton balls. We do not routinely pluck the hair in the ears and do not recommend it. Plucking the hair from the ear is painful and irritating and can lead to ear infections. We will not clean out infected ears unless we are provided with proper medication.

  • Anal glands

    Anal glands fill up every three to four days and release themselves naturally (by defecating or scooting) so unless there is a problem they do not need to be expressed. If they seem to be having a problem we can look at them and recommend a vet if necessary--it is a medical procedure which should be done internally and we can only express them externally which can cause more harm than good.

  • Extra Care Charge

    we try to make the grooming experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. In order to assure that your dog receives the most from this experience, we sometimes may have to charge extra, if extra time is required. This charge does not mean your dog was a bad dog, it just means that we had to take extra time to soothe, massage, or quiet your dog's nerves so that his or her experience is as pleasant as possible.

  • Late Pick up

    Because we strive to keep a calm and quiet environment, we ask that you pick your dog up promptly when he or she is ready. Unless otherwise arranged, we expect dogs to be picked up within half an hour after being finished.

  • Cancellations

    We require 24 hours notice of cancellations. Customers who chronically cancel at the last minute or do not show up, will require a non refundable deposit before scheduling another appointment.

  • Coupons

    Coupons are not valid if you drop off or pick up your dog late, or do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.
